    Dividendcare Limited provides its customers with a wide variety of the most convenient and popular payment methods. You can choose the one that suits you best:

    Deposit using credit/debit cards:

    Credit / debit cards: provide instant receipt of funds to your trading account. You can replenish your account with Dividendcare Limited using credit / debit cards in the following currencies: GBP, USD, EUR and Russian Ruble. When replenishing the account, please make sure that you have chosen the appropriate amount and currency.

    Deposit via bank transfer:

    Bank transfer: in order to obtain bank details, please log into your Dividendcare Limited account.

    Bank transfer processing takes an average of three days, depending on the sender's bank. All funds of our customers are stored directly on their separate accounts according to the regulatory requirements of the guarantee company. Please note that when replenishing an account by bank transfer, you must indicate that all fees are payable by a sender in order to receive the required amount in your Dividendcare Limited account. In addition, make sure that you have specified the correct bank account number for the transfer.

  • Funds withdrawal

    Withdrawal of funds for credit / debit cards:

    For the procedure of withdrawal of funds to credit/debit cards, please send a request. Please note that when replenishing the account using credit/debit cards, the commission fee is charged in accordance with the terms of your card usage. These fees may vary depending on the issuing company of the payment card. Dividendcare Limited does not charge any fees or charges when replenishing the account or withdrawing funds.

    Funds withdrawal via bank transfer:

    To withdraw funds using bank transfer, please log into your account and fill out the request form for withdrawing funds by bank transfer, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After filling out the form, upload it to the section “Documents” of your Dividendcare Limited account and your request will be received for processing.

  • What is required to start trading on the Forex market?

    First, you need to register your account. To register an account, you must fill out a simple form on the main page and click the button "send". Within a few minutes, an email will be sent to your email with the account number that you will use to log in.

    Now log into your account, fill out the form and upload your documents. You need to download scan copies of your passport/ID and a document confirming your residence/registration address (for example, your utility bill or bank statement).

    Deposit the initial payment to your trading account. It can be replenished either by credit card or by bank transfer.     Download the trading platform. Enter the platform using your account number and password.

  • How can I open an account?

    To open an account with Dividendcare Limited is easy. Just fill out the registration  form on the home page of the site. For this:

    2. Enter all the necessary information and click the "Open account" link.
    3. Upon completion of this process, a letter, which contains  complete information  on your account and further instructions, will be sent to your email.
  • How much does it cost?

    Absolutely free! The company does not charge fees for providing services to its clients, while offering services of the highest quality.

  • Which document should I provide for account opening and why?

    To start working on your account, you need to provide scanned copies of documents confirming your identity and place of residence.

    As an identity card, you can send a copy of your passport, ID card, driver's license, international passport. Make sure that the document is valid, and its copy is of good quality and with clearly visible edges.

    As a document confirming the place of residence, you can provide a receipt of payment for utilities, a bank statement, a certificate from the bank or any document containing your name and address. The document must  be issued нnot earlier than 6 months before the date of its submission  to the company.

    If in your country it is common to register the address of residence and data in your national passport, you can send a copy of it.

    Deposits: if you want to replenish a trading account with a bank card, you need to send a copy of the two sides of your bank card, through which you are going to make a transfer. For your safety, only the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card number should be left open on the face of the card, and the CVV 2 code on the reverse side should be closed. We draw your focus towards the fact that the reverse side of the card must be signed.

    If the face of the card does not contain the name and surname of its owner, it is necessary  to provide an extract on this card, in which its number and owner's name will be indicated.
